Let us help you save money and headache by managing your co-op!

With our Buyers Club system we handle the admin work for you at no cost, and you still get a great deal on your feed from your preferred producer.

Do you currently manage an organic feed co-op and at times find it a hassle? Perhaps you started the co-op so you could minimize the cost of shipping for your feed. Maybe you already order in bulk for your farm and just add on other orders as a favor for neighbors.
We realize feed co-ops are a terrific way to distribute organic feed at a reasonable price, but the cost savings or profit margin for you sometimes just isn’t worth the headache. You’d like to get your feed delivered in bulk to save money, but focus your time and efforts elsewhere.

How does it work? - We handle collecting the orders, money, and scheduling the delivery. The only thing you continue to do is receive the feed and distribute it as before.
What makes us different? - We use the internet as a way to facilate transactions traditionally managed through phone calls and email. Each buyers club has a customized section of the online store where they can place an order any time for any of the products sold by the designated feed producer. These orders are collected and submitted to the producer by us at the agreed upon date.
We work with feed producers all around the country. It’s likely we already have a relationship with your provider.
All the club participants get an email verifying their purchase and another email notifiying them of the delivery. You get to set the regular order date (typically every 30-60 days) and receive a summary of all the orders to support distribution when the feed arrives.
Are you curious but not sure if this is for you? - Some of your concerns may be how much your feed will cost, or if the price will rise dramatically for your co-op members. Our goal is to make this as simplified and fair a process as possible for everyone involved.
We work with each club to accomodate their needs. The discount on your feed, and the price club participants receive depends on a few factors. These include the size of your order compared to the whole order, and the price you currently sell the feed to others.
We are happy to provide you a club proposal at no cost or comittment. This includes the terms of being a club representative, the prices we can provide the club participants, and the additional discount you receive.
